Parts-Asap.co.uk is part of The Workshop (Saab Specialists) Ltd that was started by Andy Caddick in a chicken shed in Bristol in 1986!
Since that time we have grown to a company that not only sell new and used parts, but also covers all aspects of Saab ownership including full workshop facilities and used vehicle sales. (See Photos)
We now employ 20 full time staff, with most of these working with the Saab product for many years. We pride ourselves in our depth of knowledge and experience which ensures that we are able to supply the correct parts and get it right first time. We now dismantle around 10 cars per week and operate under the code of the ELV licence, which means that all vehicles are de-polluted and the waste disposed of in the most Eco friendly way.
Parts-Asap.co.uk was probably the first dedicated Saab only parts search site in the UK, and we now sell approx. 70 % of all parts through the Internet.
We have a dedicated team that work with the latest networks and equipment to ensure the highest level of service to our customers. This has taken used parts to a level where we have an average monthly customer satisfaction of 97.2 % of our orders being correctly packed and the part in good condition.
We feel that for the customer, a company specialising in one product has the skills and knowledge to ensure that you get the part you really want. Getting the wrong part costs both time and money returning the parts when just a little extra information makes all the difference.
