Delivery Info
- We can despatch to all parts of the UK, Europe and beyond
- We use TNT and Parcelforce for all small to medium size packages
- We use Palletline for all our larger pallet consignments
- We can arrange delivery to an alternative address or direct to your repairman. Please enquire when ordering.
- We can deliver before 9am-10-am-12am. Please ask for the extra cost to the standard next day rate
- We can deliver on Saturday in mainland UK. Please ask for extra cost over our standard parcel rate when ordering
- Our standard rate is £10.00 + vat for next day delivery, but please be aware that parts ordered before 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday
- If you are not at home when we try to deliver, a card will be left with the details of the carrier who you can contact to get details of collecting your parcel
- We can normally give tracking numbers of all our parcels after 4.30pm on the day of despatch
- Please contact us if you experience a delay from the date/time you were given when you ordered
- All our parts are despatched in new packaging with the latest products offering the best protection for your delivery
- For larger items that require more than one person or a forklift (a complete engine) please make sure the facilities are available on the day of delivery
- Please check all consignments for damage before signing. Damage items will not be refunded if you have already signed (we cannot then claim from the carrier)
- Insurance is included up to £150.00 for all consignments. Please ask for the cost of increasing this for more expensive items when ordering
