Q. How do I know what model of Saab I have?
A. The best way is to have your V5 (log book) to hand. This will have the chassis number with all the information we require.

Q. I am unsure of the part I require but I know the symptoms or have a MOT failure sheet. Can you help?
A. No problem, all our parts staff have a good knowledge of the most common faults and will be able to identify the correct parts required and help you with your purchase.

Q. If I order the parts, can I have them sent direct to my chosen repairer?
A. No problem, we can send the parts directly to any address, but we will also need the address to which the Debit/Credit card is registered to forward the invoice.

Q. I am not technically minded so would you be happy to talk directly to my repairer?
A. No problem, give them our number and we will discuss the problem with your garage. We can then contact you with a price and availability of any parts required.

Q. If I order the wrong parts can I return them for credit?
A. We accept all used parts for refund, but apply a 20% handling charge to cover the costs of packing and administration. New parts can be returned within 30 days for credit on used parts only and are subject our 20% restocking fee. Specially ordered new parts are not returnable.

Q. Does the warranty cover the fitting of the faulty part?
A. We do not cover the cost of used parts being fitted, but all new genuine Saab parts are covered by the 2 year Saab warranty, which covers the replacement and fitting of the parts at any Saab dealer.
